During his State of the Union address on Tuesday, President Joe Biden commented on Americans' access to high-speed internet, allowing him to repeat one of his favorite lines about McDonald's parking lots.
"No parent should have to drive by a McDonald's parking lot to help them do their homework online with their kids, which many thousands are doing across the country," said Biden, who has commented on internet access at the fast food chain's parking lots at least eight times since the start of his presidency.
The president, evidently, has made little progress in addressing this national problem.
