MSNBC commentator Paul Begala has been vocal in his criticism of the Supreme Court ruling that, among other things, allowed Super PACs to continue spending hundreds of millions of dollars on election advertising.
The pro-Obama Super PAC Priorities USA has run a coordinated campaign to smear Mitt Romney’s character, even going so far as to suggest he was responsible for the death of a woman by cancer. That campaign has been financed in part by Steve and Amber Mostyn.
On Monday, Paul Begala, an adviser to the pro-Obama Super PAC Priorities USA Action, sent a fundraising email for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), highlighting the shadowy connections between Super PACs and official Democratic campaigns like Obama for America.
