President Barack Obama’s campaign continues to claim that it has “decimated” al Qaeda, the world’s most notorious terror group, despite increasing evidence the group is expanding and despite an al Qaeda attack that left four Americans, including an ambassador, dead.
The campaign released an ad Tuesday about Big Bird, which was subsequently panned by people on the right, on the left, in the mainstream media, and even at “Sesame Street” itself, which told the campaign to suspend the ad.
Obama campaign officials say they do not know the full story of a man in a misleading ad released by the Obama-affiliated super PAC — but the same man has been featured in an Obama campaign ad and on a conference call.
Jennifer Psaki, Obama’s new traveling press secretary, called Fox News’ Brett Baier “a lunatic” and threatened to put “dead fish in the fox cubby” during a spat between the White House and Fox News in October 2009.
