Embattled Democratic New York Mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner asked voters in an email Thursday if they had a phone, in the name of rounding up more supporters.
Given the trouble Weiner got himself into with his admitted sexting that led him to resign from Congress in 2011, as well as the revelation that he continued doing so after his disgraceful exit, this seems to be a curious postscript:
