Pelosi’s Red Line: Raising the Retirement Age

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D., Ca.) appeared on MSNBC Tuesday afternoon to breakdown the proposal the Republicans offered this morning.  When asked by Andrea Mitchell on what would be the red line that Pelosi would not accept a deal on, Pelosi said raising the retirement age from 65 to 68 was unacceptable, saying age affected Americans in too many different ways.
