Obama Bundlers Met with Biden at WH for 90 Minutes

Vice President Joe Biden and his family Thursday met with Obama campaign bundlers at the White House for 90 minutes, reports Politico Influence.

Biden’s attendance at the event, a reception for Obama for America campaign bundlers, was a surprise, according to Politico.

Among the attendees were Virginia gubernatorial hopeful Terry McAuliffe, Tim Broas of Winston & Strawn, Larry Rasky of Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications, and Jane Stetson, who sat on Obama for America’s finance committee. Those four alone each raised more than $500,000 for the president’s reelection campaign–a minimum of $2 million all together.

The meeting came the day before OFA announced its restructuring into “Organizing for Action,” a tax-exempt 501(c)4 that will house the campaign’s network and will be able to take in unlimited donations from individuals it is not required to disclose.
