Mika Brzezinski: Trump Is Upset He Can't Watch Porn at the White House

June 7, 2018

"Morning Joe" co-host Mika Brzezinski said Thursday she was recently told President Donald Trump is upset that he can't watch pornography in the White House.

"I know someone who spoke to Donald Trump recently about life in the White House, and Donald Trump's biggest complaint was that he's not allowed to watch porn in the White House," Brzezinski said. "So there you go. There's a little bit of news for you. He's upset that he can't watch porn in the White House."

Brzezinski's remark caused host Stephanie Ruhle to double over in laughter. Brzezinski made a rare appearance on Ruhle's 9:00 a.m. program that immediately follows "Morning Joe" to address remarks made by Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani about Stormy Daniels.

Brzezinski was furious over Giuliani's remarks that he didn't "respect" Daniels, the porn actress who claims she had sex with Trump in 2006 and received a $130,000 hush payment from Trump attorney Michael Cohen before the 2016 election.

"I don't respect a porn star the way I respect a career woman or a woman of substance or a woman who ... isn't going to sell her body for sexual exploitation," Giuliani said at an event in Tel Aviv.

Brzezinski blasted the former New York mayor as a "pig" on "Morning Joe," and she continued to castigate him on Ruhle's show.

"They made my blood boil. I was shaking when I heard them," she said of Giuliani's comments.

It marks another chapter in the now broken relationship between Trump and the hosts of "Morning Joe," who were overly friendly to his campaign when he sought the Republican nomination throughout 2015 and the beginning of 2016. Now Brzezinski and co-host Joe Scarborough are among the president's fiercest critics in the media, at times labeling him mentally unstable, unfit for office, and akin to a dictator.
