Conway Breaks Out Visual Aids to Say No Collusion, But Rather 'Illusion and Delusion'

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway used a pair of signs during a Fox News appearance Wednesday to say there was no "collusion" proven yet against the Trump White House, but rather there was "illusion and delusion" in the media.

Conway continued to blast the media's coverage of allegations of collusion between the Donald Trump campaign and Russia during an interview conducted by Fox News host Sean Hannity, saying the press spent more time talking about Russia than America these days. The media had a "myopic, lemming-like" approach to the story, she said.

"This is to help all the people at home," she said, holding up a sign that said "Conclusion?" and then "Collusion" underneath with a line drawn through it. "What's the conclusion? Collusion? No, we don't have that yet."

Hannity chuckled as she continued with her exhibition.

Holding up another sign that said "Illusion" and "Delusion," Conway said, "I see illusion and delusion. So just so we're clear, everyone, four words. Conclusion, collusion, no. Illusion, delusion, yes. I just thought we'd have some fun with words."

Hannity interviewed Donald Trump Jr. on his show Tuesday night about his meeting last year with a Russian lawyer, which he took with the belief he would get compromising information on Hillary Clinton. Trump Jr. said he would do things differently in retrospect but downplayed the story as much ado about nothing.

Trump Jr. released emails Tuesday showing an intermediary told him the information was part of the Russian government's efforts to help his father, and critics have said that was proof the campaign was willing to collude.

President Trump has called the investigation a "witch hunt."
