Issa on Potential Improvements to Postal Service

In the wake of the postal service’s announcement it would be ceasing Saturday deliveries beginning in August, Rep. Darrell Issa (R., Calif.) discussed ways Congress can work with the Postmaster General to get “this essential service to break even,” delving into such reforms as fewer post offices, greater efficiency and lowering labor costs.
