Graham: ‘The Person I Blame the Most for Benghazi is President Obama’

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R., S.C.) discussed questions and concerns he has regarding the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi before Thursday's hearing before the Armed Services Committee.

Sen. Graham: "The system failed, and the department of defense needs to held accountable, but the person I blame the most for Benghazi is President Obama. It's his light footprint foreign policy strategy that allowed this consulate to become a death trap. He's the one to share the blame above all others."
