CNN: Obama’s Poll Numbers Have Flat Lined, Threatening House and Senate Democrats

President Obama’s approval rating is quickly dropping and threatening House and Senate Democrats’ elections.

He had a 41 percent approval rating in November and December, enjoyed a slight uptick to 45 percent in February, and it has now dropped down again to 43 percent.

John King called the President’s decreasing approval rating a “flat line” and predicted that such low approval ratings could spell disaster for House and Senate Democrats in the upcoming elections.

Robert Costa weighed in, telling King “A lot of red state Democrats who are running for Senate are looking at those CNN poll numbers and they’re nervous because the President is not providing a kind of buoyancy that he would have provided in past campaigns…The President’ political capital has diminished and that’s a problem for Democrats…”
