White Castle CEO: Obamacare’s 30-Hour Work Week Will Raise Costs 35 Percent

White Castle CEO Jamie Richardson told Fox News host Neil Cavuto Wednesday that Obamacare's definition of a full work week at 30 hours will increase the company's health care costs by 35 percent.

"Forty hours has always been traditionally full time throughout the country," he said. "That provision alone will increase our healthcare costs 35 percent. We've offered healthcare for nearly 90 years and it's a great plan. Half our team members are covered, all of our full time team members are covered, so we're really concerned about the cost implications. Candidly, the uncertainty surrounding the law is still a factor, especially when it comes to making plans to grow."
