Terror group ISIS released a propaganda video over the weekend that allegedly shows nine militants who carried out the attacks in Paris last November.
The video, believed to have been filmed in Syria, features images of the alleged attackers killing prisoners, engaging in weapons training, and threatening more attacks on western nations, Fox News reported. ISIS claimed responsibility for the coordinated suicide bombings and shootings in Paris last year that killed 130 people and wounded hundreds more.
The video features clips of news coverage of the Paris attacks, though footage of the nine terrorists was taken before they left for France to carry out the attacks. It delivers messages from each of the men, most of whom conclude their statements by executing an unidentified prisoner by either beheading or shooting the individual.
The video’s narrator calls the terrorists the "nine lions of the caliphate who were mobilized from their lairs to make a whole country, France, get down on its knees."
The video appears to threaten attacks on the United Kingdom, displaying images of historic landmarks in London such as the Tower Bridge and St. Paul’s Cathedral in addition to footage of British Prime Minister David Cameron. According to the video, the terrorists are prepared to launch attacks "anytime, anywhere."
One of the Paris suicide bombers, Bilal Hadfi, targeted the U.S.-led coalition fighting ISIS in Iraq and Syria during his remarks.
"You destroy our homes and kill our fathers, our brothers, our sisters, our mothers, our children," Hadfi was recorded saying.
The video, which runs nearly 20 minutes, was first circulated by the SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors jihadist websites. French President François Hollande said in response that "no threat will give France pause in what it must do against terrorist."
The coordinated terror attacks in Paris last November led Hollande to declare a state of emergency and close France’s borders.
One of the alleged attackers, Salah Abdeslam, remains at large. He is not featured in the video released by ISIS this weekend.
