Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D., Ill.) has agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors after a investigation in allegations Jackson misused thousands in campaign funds.
He is expected to plead guilty to several charges of conspiracy, false statements, and mail and wire fraud. Â Prosecutors are recommending between four and five years in prison and a $10,000 to $100,000 fine.
The judge will issue the final sentence later today.
