Steven Crowder Returns to YouTube Slamming 'Moderate Islam'

The conservative comedian is back

September 12, 2014

Comedian and popular conservative YouTuber Steven Crowder is back to making videos after being gone for more than a year.

This time the right-leaning funny man has taken on the idea of "moderate Islam." The video features Crowder explaining how many Islamic countries oppress women and kill non-Muslims.

"This administration has gone to great lengths to ensure that ISIS doesn't tarnish the good name of Islam. After all, it's just one very small lone extremist group," Crowder said. "It's not like Islam promotes murder, discrimination, or hatred anywhere else in the world, right? Except for literally everywhere else in the world."

He then points to the Islamic countries in which it is legal to kill people for "converting to Christianity." He emphasized that even the United Arab Emirates is on the list despite its reputation as a tourism hot spot.

"Even in Dubai, if you're Muslim and you try to convert? Death penalty," he said.

Crowder also mocks feminists that say Islam is a "religion of peace."

"Of course, none of [those feminists] live under Islamic rule because those broads would be speaking out of turn."

He sarcastically excuses them for not living in Islamic countries because "where could they live?"

"Can't do Egypt because of the 91 percent genital mutilation rate. Can't do Saudi Arabia where women can't drive, vote, travel abroad, or enroll in higher education unless their hubby says so. Can't do Pakistan where literally thousands of women are killed every year in legal honor killings."

"But what can you expect for a group who make up a majority of hell, according to Muhammad?" Crowder sarcastically said. "What can we say, ladies? If you don't want to be a hell-bound second-class citizen, you shouldn't have been born a girl."

Crowder says that women in Dubai can even be jailed for reporting that they've been raped.

"Can you imagine if we tried to incorporate Islamic law here in America?" he said before a skit where The Blaze's Dana Loesch smacks Crowder dressed as an Islamic man.

"Where is this so-called moderate Islam?" Crowder says. "Why are pretty much all Islamic countries so evil in their treatment of non-Muslims and women... not to mention gay people?"
