After leaking classified information, Edward Snowden fled to Hong Kong. Congressional leaders are leaving the door open as to whether Snowden is a spy or may defect to China, Fox News reports.
"We need to ask a lot more questions about his motives, his connections, where he ended up, why he is there, how he is sustaining himself while he is there and is the Chinese government fully cooperating," Rep. Mike Rogers (R., Mich.) said earlier Thursday on the matter.
"It seems unusual that he would be in China and asking protection of the Chinese government, and giving press conferences to Chinese media," Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger (D., Md.) said.
