Netflix talk show host Chelsea Handler blamed President-elect Donald Trump's victory in November on the Kardashians' popular reality television show, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

Handler sat down for an interview with Ramin Setoodeh from Variety online in her Bel-Air home. The two discussed the latest season of her Netflix show "Chelsea" and her disdain for Donald Trump.

Handler, who famously declared she wanted to move to Spain while crying on her talk show after Trump's win, revealed she decided to stay after her staff begged her.

"The millennial women in her office hugged her and begged her not to retreat," Setoodeh wrote.

The talk show host has taken a harsh stance against Trump and blamed the Kardashian family for the president-elect's rise to power.

"They [the media] were treating him as an entertainer first. It was a reality show. We've turned into a reality show. I blame the Kardashians, personally," Handler said.

Handler had harsh words for the Kardashians, despite both previously having shows on the same television network, E!.

"The beginning of the end was the Kardashians. The way these people have blown up and don't go away–it's surreal. Everyone is for sale," Handler said.

The Kardashians, known for their many reality television shows, declared their support for the Democratic presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, during the campaign. Three of the Kardashian family members–Kris, Kourtney, and Kendall–posted on social media that they were "with her," one of Clinton's campaign messages.

Handler also told Variety she hoped Trump would be impeached, but claimed he would probably have to be physical removed from the Oval Office because he is a "sociopath."
