Despite serving less than two full terms in the Senate, Hillary Clinton boasts more staff members linked to the professional lobbying industry than any other member of Congress. Her reign at the top may be short-lived, however, as Harry Reid is expected to surge in the rankings following his retirement at the end of this term. His staffers are already said to be in high demand on K Street. Notably, eight of the top 13 positions are held by Democrats.
