Disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein received two backhanded slaps to the face inside a Scottsdale, Arizona restaurant on Tuesday night, according to a new report.

Weinstein was having dinner with his sober coach at Elements restaurant at the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort when a man sitting next to Weinstein asked for a photograph with him, TMZ reported.

The man, who identified himself as Steve, told TMZ that Weinstein declined to take the photo and that, when Weinstein got up to leave, he cursed out the film producer and "punched him in the face twice."

"You're such a piece of shit for what you did to these women," Steve said as he slapped Weinstein, referring to the dozens of women who have accused the disgraced media mogul of sexual abuse and harassment.

The restaurant manager said that, contrary to Steve's account, Weinstein was not dismissive but "very sweet about it" when he declined to take a photo with him. The manager also said the two shook hands and Steve went back to his table afterward and that, when the hitting took place later, neither attempted punch connected and Steve was quite drunk.

Steve admitted to consuming a substantial amount of alcohol prior to the incident and said he told his friend to capture the events on his cell phone.

TMZ released video of the incident an hour after its initial report. The video, part of which can be seen below, shows a man slapping Weinstein twice with the back of his hand. Be advised: the video contains explicit language.

The person who filmed the incident asked Weinstein if he wanted to call the police. Weinstein declined and left the restaurant.

Weinstein has spent much of his time in Arizona since the explosive sexual assault and harassment allegations against him came to light last year.
